-Workshop Cancelation Policy

Our Cancellation Policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we always aim to be as flexible as possible. If you need to cancel your booking, we’re happy to offer the following options:

  • Rescheduling: You’re always welcome to reschedule your workshop or transfer your booking to another available date.

  • Transferring Your Spot: If rescheduling doesn’t work, we can move your funds to another workshop of your choice.

If cancellation occurs more than 10 days before the workshop, we may be able to offer a 50% refund, as we prepare materials and spaces in advance. However, cancellations less than 8 days before the workshop cannot be refunded due to the short notice, as materials have already been purchased and we may not have time to fill your spot.

We appreciate your understanding, as these policies help us ensure that each workshop runs smoothly while supporting our small business. Thank you for your support and for joining us in creating something special! 💛

-When can I pick up my pieces after the workshop?

Your ceramics will be ready for pick-up approximately 5-8 weeks after the workshop. This timeline includes:

  • Drying: Pieces need to dry completely before first firing, which can take 7-12 days.

  • Bisque Firing: The first firing ensures your pieces are durable for glazing.

  • Glazing and Final Firing: After the first firing, we glaze your ceramics and fire them again to create their final look.

We’ll notify you as soon as your pieces are ready for collection!
